On a Friday evening, before a night out with my crew I had my entire wardrobe ruffled up, with almost everything on the floor; the tragedy- I had nothing new to wear! After spending an hour on trying different dresses and outfits, I stumbled upon an old gold shimmer dress, paired it with a chunky pair of earrings, metallic gold peep toes and a floral print cross body bag and I had an amazing ensemble within minutes. It made me realize the importance of accessories more than ever.
My look for the night
Accessories are like celebrities to my wardrobe, they are the highlighted features. The mere presence of them is a game changer to any outfit, regardless for the day or night. They are the essential add-ons without which our entire ensemble would be in complete.
Like Giorgio Armani puts it “Accessories are important and becoming more and more important every day. They can completely change the look of an outfit, and women like the idea of having a wardrobe that’s versatile. For instance, a strong piece of jewelry can make a simple outfit look elegant.”

Along with having a few trendy statement dresses and other clothes, I highly recommend collecting a few trendy accessories every season. It is great for a mix-n-match and with a little bit of creativity can do wonders for a boring old season dress. I hope some of the following trends I have listed will be really helpful.
Tribal, Aztec and Geometrical shapes and prints have taken the front seat this season. Clutches and shoes are the accessories that you will find in these prints in abundance. I say it’s a must have.

Floral prints are doing a round everywhere, from clothing to swimwear to accessories. I feel this has been the longest lasting trend this year so far. It gives a very girly touch when added on to any outfit. Floral footwear has to be my favorite accessory, pertaining to this particular trend.
